Saving money on coffee?

I never really drank coffee until I started making my own creamer . Now that I am a second drinker in the house, I find we're going through MUCH more coffee...What are some tips for saving on coffee?

I'm already saving by making the creamer, and by buying coffee at ALDI (I add a dash of cinnamon to it and it is yummy).....how else can we save?

I buy it on sale or with coupons.

I buy the brand "Master Chef" at Walmart - it is among the cheapest or the cheapest you can buy there, and we really like it!  It is under $5.50 for a large can. I am not a coffee purist though, I will drink anything that tastes pretty good if it is cheap enough.

I also like it because it comes in a sort of funky retro looking can.  Kind of like a Mad Men coffee can.  It makes me smile when I use it.

I might make some of you gag, but I just get the coffee at Aldi's. I only drink one cup in the morning.

Coffee is one of the few things I don't skimp on. I don't like cheap coffee. We buy most of our coffee online and I DO wait until I find a great bargain on amazon or something so it really doesn't cost more than grocery store coffee I find. My DH recently was told to go caffeine free so he bought some half caff folger's coffee to try to wean himself off and I can really tell the difference. It's not nearly as good to me. So if there's something I'm going to treat myself too it's a good coffee, although I do buy it as cheap as possible.

I don't skimp on coffee either. There are certain kinds I like, and I will buy whichever one of those is the best bargain, but I won't buy crappy coffee just because it's cheap. I drink a couple of pots a day, and I like good coffee.

Great tasting, locally roasted coffee is almost impossible to find here in MS. I've looked! Lately hubby and I have been buying a package (12 oz - not a 'pound' anymore) of really good coffee and mixing it with a can (12 oz or 11.5 oz) of Folger's Dark Silk. I use decaf, hubby uses regular. You know what? It is good. I'm still not sure I would drink it straight since the roast isn't dark enough for me, but mix it with the more expensive stuff and I really can't tell the difference.
