Both of our children are a combination of myself and DH but when DD frowns, she currently is doing her homework and is frowning, I so see my father in her. Haha. But only in her frown. I've noticed this frown since she has had teeth. And yes, my father did frown often. Lol.

I've been pretty flexible on diaper brands with my third baby, buying whatever I can get the best deal on. One week, that happened to be Pampers Baby Dry. The diapers seem about the same as...

We discovered Duck Dynasty last fall and bought Season One to catch up. As with any good TV show, there are distinct characters that make it funny. In this case, it's the Robertson family - who...

I LOVE cooking with canned fire-roasted tomatoes! They add a little something extra to every dish whether it be chili or spaghetti sauce. Before finding the Hunt's, I had to pay twice the price...

my younger ds looks like his dad - who looks like his dad so there is a resemblance there. my dd although she looks like me - at times I can see my mom's "faces and looks" in her. Its really strange though cause at times I can get either my dh or me in any of the three so I guess there is a good blend in all of them..

My DS2 has my mom's beautiful brown eyes. In fact he looks more like a combination of my mom and my dad than he does his dad and I. When I got his senior picture I pulled out my dad;s enior pictures and my grandfather's yearbook and he looks a lot like them when they were his age. My mom died when I was young so it is so cool when I see her in my kids. My DS3 looks like my mom's side of the family too. He has their nose.

Not parents, but my 11 year old son looks so much like my niece on my ex's side that it blows me away sometimes. He was sitting beside me tonight, and when I glanced at him, she is all I saw. (And she is almost 20 now!) They have the same profile and same eyes. Not one of my other five kids or her brother or sister look like the two of them, either!

My dad passed away a little over two years ago, so it makes me smile when she frowns. It probably would even be nicer if it was something like their eyes. Brown eyes are much nicer than a frown.
