My last car literally died at 250K kilometers (so around 155K miles). We sold DH's truck this past winter that had 300K kms (180K miles) and replaced it with a newer, although high mileage for it's age one. (185K kms). I will be happy if I get the same amount out of my current vehicle.

I have a Honda minivan and I'm hoping to get 250K on it. It is 2003, we got it new and doesn't even have 100K on it yet.

I would say 200,000 but sometimes the older cars have hard to repair or replace parts. My '96 has about 163K (it sat up as a spare car for a few years, or it would have had 60,000 more miles on it), and a hard to find part has went out on it. We've replace it with used part, but this one is acting the same as the original part did before it went out. Maybe we can get it fixed.
