Do you use all your spices (and how do you store them)?

How many bottles of spices do you have in your spice cabinet?

Do you use them all?
On a regular basis or just sometimes?

And b/c I'm looking for new ideas....How do you store them? I have a 3 tier rack but it is so high in the back I need a step stool to get up there. I'm thinking about trying a basket method... separating them into baskets by: cooking spices, baking, etc

Bottom shelf of 2 door cabinet, with a plastic expandable riser thing. I use these - some more often than others. On the top shelf, I have a small wicker basket in which I have "rarely used" spices.

I have a lazy susan for my small spice bottles, and I do have one of those spinning spice racks.  I also have the rolling cabinet that DH built me that I keep some of the bigger spice bottles that I got from Costco.  I have a few spices that I use on a regular basis, like cinnamon, garlic, and a Tuscany Italian spice, so I have big bottles of those from Costco.  I use basil often, but I still have a lot of that in the small bottle, those small bottles got a long way since I don't use more than a tsp or so at a time.  I have been doing a moderate amount of baking, so I am using my baking spices more than I had in the past.  I know there are a couple spices that I rarely use.  I need to organize my spices and baking cupboard again, it's getting out of control!

There is lots of good info in this thread:  http://www.mommysavers.com/c/t/116856/organizing-spices

I have a narrow cabinet  next to my stove. I keep cooking spices on the bottom, easiest to reach, baking on the middle and beans/sugars on the top. I don't use very many. Mostly I use dehydrated onions and Adobo blends. Oh, and sazon when cooking PR food. Most used baking spice is cinnamon. We go through a TON of that.

I have probably close to 40 spices. I use about 10 regularly.  The others were bought for special recipes.

I have two drawers full of spices.

I have a basket full of spices in the cabinet, that I use just about everyday.
