  • ranch oyster crackers

  • Ranch Oyster Crackers
  • 1/2 of a 1-oz. package Ranch dressing mix (like Hidden Valley)
  • 1 tsp. teaspoon dried dill weed

1/4 C. vegetable oil

1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1 bag oyster crackers

 

Combine all the ingredients above in a big bowl.  Toss until well coated.  Preheat oven to 250 degrees.  Spread the crackers out on a baking sheet.  Bake 15 minutes, then take out and flip the crackers so all sides are browned evenly.  Bake another 10-15 minutes.

 

I originally found this recipe on Allrecipes.com but it was too salty for my taste.  That's why I added more herbs and cut down on the ranch seasoning.  If you like more salt, use the whole package of ranch and cut down on the herbs.
