Hello Mommysavers!
I have started to eat healthy today, being concious of fats, sugars, etc. and making sure to get high quality proteins, lots of fiber and whole grains.
But I'm also on a budget, which makes it hard!
I'd love to know what are your Healthy, Frugal dinner meals...
(a non-frugal example: I just bought the Jenny-O 99% Fat Free Turkey package for $7! )
I have read too much soy is not good for women (im already irregular as it is... sorry TMI) ![]()
so what's a busy mom to do?
