Homemade Febreeze

This is a recipe that my friend has used and loves!  It's just pennies per bottle compared to the over $5 bottle that you can buy in a store!

 

-1/8 cup fabric softener

-2 Tbs baking soda

-Hot Tap Water to fill up the bottle

 

Put fabric softener and baking soda in spray bottle.  Fill up the rest with hot water.  Use like you would Febreeze.

I am going to have to try this!~ Febreeze gives me a headache, but downy doesn't so this is perfect for us!

I'm guessing it deodorizes.

I've been using homemade Febreeze for a couple of years.  I just combine liquid fabric softener and water.  No baking soda. Works well, is cheap and easy.

I want to try this but Im worried as much as I use Febreze the home made type may leave some type of residue. I dont want to ruin any of my fabrics by staining them or having to clean them again, in turn causing double the work....any sugguestions??? :)
