They really don't explain it at all.  Definitely a weird story.

Oh gods the zombies. They are here! Lol jk. That was my first reaction. Then I loved a commenter who said of course there were multiple shots. They had to keep firing until they hit him in the head. Everyone knows you have to hit a zombie in the head.

1) The guy was probably loaded up on drugs

 

2) there has to be more to the story

 

 

What's with all the willy-nilly police killing spree stories lately? The news make it seem like there are vigilanties/vigilanty cops just running amok.

Thanks. Now the words "DOUBLE TAP" are stuck in my head every time I hear about this article.
