Absolutely not.  You can either start today or add in your minutes you've done any type of exercise since June 1.

After my bike ride today, I am at 325 minutes/1200 monthly goal.

Halfway...how are you doing?  I'll post on Monday because the calendar I am keeping track of minutes is at work...

After my bike ride today, I did 245 minutes this week.

 

Total so far: 620/1200 minutes

 

Tomorrow I will either walk or do a family bike ride, we haven't decided yet. I do my personal totals on Sundays.

Great job, Liamsmom. I just checked.  As of Saturday, I was at 500 minutes of my 1100 total goal.

Last week.  How are you doing?  Everyone still in?  I'm at 750 minutes of my 1100 goal.

As of today, 935/1200 minutes

 

I swam twice this past week and that really helped to up my minutes (and my sanity, I love swimming)
