Are you hitting any amusement parks this summer? - Page 2

We're going to BeechBend Park.  Its a small family owned amusement/water park.  Its not as big as alot of places, but its cheaper and less crowded.  Plus, while we like the rides we aren't overly adventurous, so its more up our ally.  They have free parking and offer free soft drinks and sunscreen all day too.

My MIL sent us Legoland coupons she found at a fast food place recently and they are buy an adult admission and get a child's admission free, that saves over $70.

We are going in August and I have one buy one get one free and one buy and adult and get a child free. Since we are two adults and two kids, we will end up getting the childrens tickets free, but it is great to know it will save that much.

We are going to a local amusement park (Lagoon)  for dh's work family picnic...they provide tickets and a lunch, we pay for parking I think.  We went last year and had a fun time, not as big as Cedar Point like we are used to!!  But fun nonetheless, and (basically) free!

If we had to pony up and buy tickets, honestly I don't think we'd go.  But growing up my parents never had to pay either, we always got them at my dad's company picnics.  Talk about sticker shock!

We're going to Cedar Point in Sept.  They are offering discount tickets to families of those doing the Rev 3 race there.
