Yum-thanks for some great ideas!  I get stuck in a rut, too and we tend to either eat just sandwiches or cereal or go out since my husband and I both work two jobs right now and have the two kids!

I made pigs in a blanket tonight-my son has been asking for them ever since he heard about them at school.  I made them with turkey dogs and reduced fat crescent rolls-they actually turned out similar to a corndog-except healthier!  Added baked beans and fresh fruit salad.
