There were no classes for me to take this morning since I have to work and fitness part still closed so took today off, but have to work at 10!

How did everyone do this week?? I can say I really mixed it up and felt great, I have decided I need to do that every so often. The Lethal Leg class did yesterday was awesome smile.gif

I also am crossing something off my bucket list, no it isn't a string but I got a bikini yesterday, JUST one summer I gotta do it! I have worked my butt off to get in shape and dang it this year I am going to show it redface.gif I still am a work in progress but have really come along way smile.gif

Congrats on your bikini!!!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I'm still not making the progress I hoped for.   I plan to step it up when I hit the gym in August.

My week was a not-so-fit week.  The week started on Tues since we were at the river Monday.  I ran errands all day Tuesday.  I volunteered at school on Wed & Thurs.  I have dd6 at home so I didn't go to the gym.  It just slipped by me this week :( I have to get motivated with my at-home fitness.

That's great about the bikini!

I had to take a break for three days because of my back.  frown.gif   I think weight training will be on hold for awhile, but I may be able to continue walking this weekend--not sure about running.

Not the greatest week for me but ok. I will get one more good workout in tomorrow as well. Monday I did 6 1/2 miles on the treadmill. Tuesday I went to an hour long strength class at the Y with a friend. It was a great workout and felt soreness for days after. We also did Zumba for 15 minutes. That was it for the week so far. I plan on doing a ling workout on the treadmill tomorrow. Next week I think I will restart CLX at lease 3 days a week along with cardio. I think I have done somewhat better with my eating this week with the exception of Monday.

Love it, cute smile.gif

One of these days I gotta give Yoga a try, its pretty popular at my Y. Never realized till I worked there, but its a fee based class and I don't receive discounts... They have different types though Yoga core, Yoga Pi combo, beginner yoga....

I did really good this week. I met my May goal of running 26.2 miles over the course of the month. I have a couple running buddies in town, now, too. Next week I'm going to start working with my kettlebells more.

Yoga is not extra at my Y.  I haven't tried it though.  They have several different classes.

This video is MTV Yoga.  I've had it for a long time,  it is nice for something to do at home.  I have it memorized so it doesn't matter how much dd6 chatters while I'm doing it.

Will have to find a video at home. I am sure ours will always be fee based as they make some money on it!!

I forgot to add, I got to sample the new treadmills and Elipticals they are really nice and high tech, sure hope they don't break down often!
