I ean the mile to the hospital to use the wellness center then jogged back. sadly that is all i got around to doing

The last week has been a very busy finishing up end of the year school stuff so I lacked motivation and time. Now that I am done with school for the year and will have more time on my hands I can get back at it and moving again. (And even with my lack of motivation I have tried very hard to watch what I am eating and I think I am down a couple more pounds.)

I didn't do so good. Only got to the gym once, was horrible at eating but still lost a lb. Trying for better next week.

My week was okay. Two 50 minute bike rides and three 30 minute morning walks. I didn't get to the pool last night, we drove over to my parents yesterday and I was just out of energy by the time dh got home last night. Maybe I can go tomorrow by myself for a bit before the rest of the family joins me. Dh is working all day today, so I can't get out for a walk, I think I'll hop on the bike for another 50 minutes if I can get dd in her room for nap and give ds my nook to play with.

 

My eating has been less than stellar and I feel icky and bloated, I hate that feeling.
