I'm not due for another three weeks but I feel like I've been pregnant FOREVER did  you ever feel like that toward the end?

Mine were both weeks early. I can't imagine what it must be like to carry to term. Or past a due date? Oh my god...

With DD, I only felt that way when we passed her due date. DS- YES, and it was the last 2 or 3 weeks... I loved being pregnant but those last weeks were the longest of my life!

Just keep looking forward to the beautiful new munchkin you'll be welcoming soon!

I enjoyed being pregnant too, until those last few weeks when I was up all night and going to the bathroom all the time.  Enjoy it, especially if you think this may be your last one.

With my second ds I was pregnant the whole summer, and it was hot and humid. I was miserable. I was so swollen I had to have my wedding rings cut off.eek.gif It definitely felt like an eternity.

NO!  Dh and I calculated ds's birth to the day (we were right!) but the Dr's insisted I was a whole month behind.  We were like, "there is no way"!  My mother had just died, and let me tell you I was grieving and I knew exactly when I had and had not had sex!  Anyway, lo and behold they convince us I'm not due for 4 weeks, and ds comes into the world.  Thankfully I had everything ready, etc. but still Mentally I felt I needed that time to prepare.  4 weeks is a long time to be off.  The midwife when ds was born admitted dh and I were right.

But anyway, I had a very very easy pregnancy and I felt I needed that last 'month' that I didn't have to mentally prepare myself.  I had never diapered a baby in my life!  That was supposed to be my month to nest and read up, yada yada.  So I did feel a bit - not cheated - but unprepared mentally when he came 4 weeks 'early'.
