Want cheap entertainment for the kiddos?  Don't forget your local thrift store as a source of cheap books, toys, puzzles, games, and activities.  The kitchen section is also fun to hit up for sandbox toys.  Today, I got my daughter some piano music and a math activity book for my son.

I saw an idea on Pinterest where someone had their kid take apart electronics they had bought at a thrift store to see the inside and then to see if they could put it back together again.

Premie clothes for their dolls.

Other clothes for dress up.

What about giving each child a certain dollar amount and see who can get the most for their money make it a game.
