We are in the market for a new booster seat so we are going to let our daughter pick it out right before our trip so that she is excited to ride in it!

My daughter loves easter eggs so I am going to buy small toys to put in some large easter eggs and let her open on an 20 minutes to keep her busy on our 3 hour flight. Silly putty, play money, yarn and beads to thread ect.

I ordered a toy on amazon and had it mailed to great grandma's house so that she will have a new toy to play with when we arrive. Its small enough to bring home with us, but we don't have to deal with the hassle of bringing it with us.

Buy older kids a map so they can follow along as you drive cross country.

take a cooler and put it in back seat w/ ice and drinks, it saves you money and you don't have to stop so much, plus whatever's left over can go in the hotel fridge! lol

ispy bags are GREAT! they're small, but kill time. if you have 2 kids and they have the same ispy bag you can even have them race when you call out an object for them to find. whoever finds it 1st wins. :)

print out coloring pages of the place you're going to...for example, if you're going to disney, print disney character pages....when we went to paris i printed out pics of the louvre, mona lisa, and eiffel tower. ;)
