It really isn't a diet. It is more of a nutritional supplement. It is meant to be an addition to a healthy lifestyle. To be healthy, you need to exercise and eat right. It replaces all the vitamins, supplements, protein bars, etc. some people use on a daily basis. It can be used as a meal replacement, but it also don't have to be. It has so many nutrients, it is just plain healthy and makes your body feel good. It is a great way to kick start your day! I pinned a recipe on Pinterest for the Chocolate Shakeology that tastes like a frapp, but so much healthier. I know I'm biased because I did become a Beachbody coach mainly for the discount on Shakeology. I know it isn't for everyone, but I was already drinking smoothies and protein shakes before so it is perfect for me. It is quick and easy to mix before running out the door taking kids to school or running errands. I know many moms that skip breakfast then are so tired or binge in the afternoon. Shakeology would be perfect for those people that need a quick healthy alternative. 

 

Maybe I don't agree with you b/c I thought slim fast was so nasty. I couldn't even finish one of those. lol I don't think it was that healthy either. 

 

If you are using it as you have stated Stacia, I don't think it is like SlimFast at all then.  I think if you are using it the way you say then that is a healthy thing.  From what you said that makes it sound less like a diet fad than just a good way to boost your nutrition.  That does make me change my mind about what I originally thought about it.
