Making homemade kettle corn is really easy!
Homemade Kettle Corn
1/4 - 1/3 C. vegetable oil (enough to coat the bottom of your pan)
1/2 C. unpopped popcorn kernels
1/4 C. sugar
Heat the oil in a kettle or skillet over medium heat (I place one or two kernels in the pan, and when they pop I know that the oil is hot enough). Add the sugar and popcorn kernels, and stir to coat them in oil and sugar evenly. Cover the pan, and shake until the kernels are done popping (there will be 2-3 seconds between pops). Don't overcook, otherwise kernels will burn. Sprinkle with a little bit more sugar and stir to make sure the popcorn doesn't stick together. Serve.
