Whats your plan for the week?

I worked out this morning, today is my big day wearing my bikini for the first time so I did a ton of ab work today ROTF.gif

Its going to be pretty warm, trying to plan dinners for the week. Tonight I know its grilled chicken and salad. My goal is to start making my own dressings, tonight is working on ingredient lists and go shopping!

Just want to keep my minutes going and get more walking miles in this week. I've been lazy in the morning with dh home for summer and not getting up and out for a walk, and I don't have time to catch up later in the day because we try to do something fun as a family. I need to get back on my mornings this week.

Ds is finally swimming really well (he even jumped off the high dive yesterday!), so I can sneak off during family swim for a but while dh hangs out with dd. It feels so good to get more swimming in. Here's my loose plan:

Yesterday: swim 30 minutes

Today: bike 60 minutes

Tomorrow: AM walk, family swim

Wednesday: AM walk, bike 60 minutes

Thursday: AM walk

Friday: bike 60 minutes

My fitness goals are the same every week.  I am trying very hard to cut down on my late night snacking and trying to eat a bit healthier--more fruits and vegetables.

I'm trying to eat more healthy foods and to increase my exercise. Losing my routine has been the worst. Once you are out of it it is so hard to get back in.

I am still just focusing on getting my 100oz of water in a day. I did pretty good last week, only missed one day. Next week I will add a different habit to that.

Its hard in the summer.... You guys go to the pool a lot right? Maybe you could do some laps during childrens rest period? Bet it will make you feel better.

I also ended up doing spin class night, but it wasn't the usual instructor and I hated the music, she was off on timing just not a good class. Though I did spin 15 miles but still....

I was going to loose this summer but I have gained 8 lbs! The problem is we are on the go too much nd grab fast food. Now I am concentrating on healthier choices and portion control. Also the arthritis in my dang knee has been acting up frown.gif

I think my usual instructor teaches Thursday night.  It is funny how we get spoiled!

I do some exercises in the pool but I really have to watch dd6 because we swim in the big pool a the Y and she can't touch.

We also waterski on the weekend.  It just doesn't feel like enough!
