Any type of normal [outdoor] game works I would think (It's summer, and families are huge, I would assume it'll mostly be outdoors?). Dodgeball, sack races, 3 legged races, needle in a haystack, egg toss, water balloon toss, kick the can, scavenger hunts, etc etc

 

 

 

 

If you want to bust out the printer and/or photos, you can turn normal board games into family hilarity. For example, outfit Guess Who games with pictures of family members (the more embarrassing the photos the more fun in my experience). Is your person bald? Could mean the new baby or Grandpa.

 

Set up baby pictures of a lot of family (if you print them all in black and white it keeps you from instantly knowing the older/younger crowd) and give out prizes for who can correctly identify the most family members.

 

You can do Bingo with the names of family members, just write names on the grids and then pull names from a hat instead of the typical letter/number.

 

You can play Hot Potato with a camera with a timer. Everyone sits or stands in a circle, and passes the camera around with the lens facing them, if the camera goes off while you're holding it then you need to do some random silly act (tell a joke, do a dance, whatever) and then keep it going around. You'll also end up with a ton of crazy photos.
