I am annoyed at dd's teacher! long - Page 2

Glad it worked out. I would have been ticked myself. Of course I am the mom that doesn't hesitate to go talk to the teachers when I feel it is necessary. Teachers don't care for me because I don't sit by and let things happen. Like DD bringing home 4+ hours of homework a night in third grade.

To be honest, i think the whole class learned that lesson!  LOL  many kids and parents in that class that day were talking about how "funny" and odd things were....  pms maybe?  I think cabin fever got the kids.

What is the school schedule like over there?? When do your kids get out of school for the summer?

Missy they get out July 20th and back at it in early Sept.

They have a total of about 13 weeks off throughout the year (including summer), so I think it is about even with the states.  I don't know which I prefer.  It is every 7 weeks they have a week off.  To me that is just getting them into a routine to be thrown out of it.  But having a longer Easter break is nice.
