What is the one low calorie treat/food

that when you are eating it, you can't believe that it is low calorie.

 

For me it would have to be any of the skinny cow ice cream treats.

Sugar free fudgicles or pudding.

Greek Yogurt dip or Hummus.

I don't consider hummus low calorie. 2 T of Sabra hummus is 80 calories. And I'm going to eat at least a half cup easy...and I like it best with pita bread, at 200 calories each...

All vegetables. I love them crisp and raw.

Agreed. If you're going to dip something in hummus you're scooping up a big ol' glob of it each time. Or at least I do haha

Yes! I love the Skinny Cow treats! They're the best!

Fudgesicles, we have a multi pack of ice cream treats we got before I was trying to lose weight and I was surprised to see they only had 100 calories.  I was also surprised at how few calories the fruit had, I thought it was going to be more.
