What is your best thrift store find ever?

I found a sundress that I LOVED for only $2- with the tags still on it (retail $59.99) that I wore the heck out of a few years ago.

I bought a bread machine for $5 because it had the same paddle as my bread machine that I lost the paddle.  It turned out I liked that bread machine better than my own machine, but I will save my machine in case the thrift store one burns out.

That IS a good one.  I was going to post my $10 bread machine find (but $5 wins the award)..  It was brand new, in the box and all.  I love it and use it all of the time.  :)

I'd have to say the best find wasn't even mine. My brother got a $3 wood mail holder for his house and there was still some stuff in it including an unused walmart gift card with $50 on it. Oh btw my sister paid for the holder as a house warming gift so he didn't have to pay for that either.

My mother in law took us to a consignment store yesterday.  We got my dd a beautiful pink dress to wear to a friend's bat mitzvah.  Tags were still on it from Dillards.  The original price was $69 but we paid $2.50!  We don't get good finds like that in MD where I live!

I found a handful of Ball mason jars and one of them dated back to the late 1800's for only $2.25 each! I have found other great items there but my husband's late father use to collect mason jars so these mean a lot to add to the collection he started.

Too many to count.  A Step2 indoor/outdoor slide for $15 was one of my favorite deals.  The kids played with it for years.

I recently got a real Louis Vuitton purse on the weekly auction, a suede Coach backpack for $14.99, a Michael Kors handbag for $4.99, and look at what I just got for my future nice today!  It was half price day for toddler stuff, so these shoes were just $1.49:
