I've been pretty flexible on diaper brands with my third baby, buying whatever I can get the best deal on. One week, that happened to be Pampers Baby Dry. The diapers seem about the same as...

We discovered Duck Dynasty last fall and bought Season One to catch up. As with any good TV show, there are distinct characters that make it funny. In this case, it's the Robertson family - who...

This is the best, simple rattle for babies. The two bars make it easy to grasp, and it makes the perfect rattle sound when baby shakes it. Not so noisy that it's annoying or disruptive, but...

I LOVE cooking with canned fire-roasted tomatoes! They add a little something extra to every dish whether it be chili or spaghetti sauce. Before finding the Hunt's, I had to pay twice the price...

all our windows have screens and they are all open 99% of the time spring, summer and fall.
all of the houses i clean that are under 10 years old, NONE of them have screens and the windows are never open...they reply on air conditioners for "fresh" air.... the windows have no way TO be opened anyway. they are sealed units! ( i guess in case of fire they have to break a window to get out).

I didn't know windows without screens existed!
All the windows that open have screens (big picture windows that don't open do not). The ones that open, open up/down, and the screen is on the bottom half. They open inward for cleaning like Ruthie's. In Michigan the state bird is the mosquito, so of course everyone has screens.

Yes, we have screens on all our windows.
I'm the opposite. We have a retention pond across the street from us (it's on the other side of our street....no houses there). Our master bedroom window faces that direction and I LOVE the sound of the insects and the frogs. We have quite a lot of enormous bullfrogs that love to croak loudly at night, but I enjoy them.

Seriously, I go to bed at night grateful for four walls and a real roof because they help keep out the noise. It is that loud.
