Okay we made these for Valentine's day, but they're great to do whenever.
What you'll need
Puffs tissues, or anything that is of that size with layers
Pipecleaners
markers
bobby pins
You will take a few pieces of tissue and fold it up like when you make a fan. You will then take the bobby pin and place it in the middle.
Tear off the ends and color with marker at the ends. Next, begin prying the sheets apart and upwards.
Now make a stem with the pipecleaner and you're done.
