Thank you for that post, when I saw it I remembered that I needed to take the chicken out of the freezer.

I have no idea!! I'm open for suggestions. I have some boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the fridge, but not sure what I want to do with them. BBQ sauce in the crockpot? Just marinate with teriyaki sauce then bake? I just did the crockpot with salsa and fajita seasoning last week so too soon again for that. Hmmmm.....just not sure.

Oh yeah....Ruthie do you not like fried okra? I love that stuff but never cook it, only have it out at Cracker Barrel. I can't imagine frying them but not eating any!!

I love fried okra. But I am really trying hard to get my cholesterol down, so I don't have to go on medication. I fix just enough for E. so I am not tempted.

I like to bake chicken with a can of cream of chicken soup and serve over cooked rice.
