Bathroom decorating question

ok, this is kind of dumb, but I need help.  In our new house, two of the toilets have the longer seats, and one is more circular.  Do they make different toilet lid covers (you know, the cloth thingies that match the rug) for the long lids?  Our bathroom rugs kind of died recently, so I was waiting to replace them.  The only lid cover we have is more circular, but I can't really get it to stay on the longer lid.  I bought a new rug and lid cover for the kids' bathroom at Target today, but again it's the more circular lid cover.  Am I reading way too much into this?? lol

I would assume they have seat covers for the elongated lids......but I'm not sure.  My in-laws have those toilets in their house they just built a few years ago, but don't have covers.  They have the rugs and towels to match in the same color.  Maybe they couldn't find any covers either.

Sorry to not be able to help!  Good luck finding them!

I would try Bed Bath and Beyond.

I have had one that you could use both ways.    I remember one bathroom I had a toilet like that and the cover I had, had a 'drawstring' that you could adjust to the lid.  So you loosened it or tightened it and then tied it in a knot.  I remember I had to leave a lot of slack because of the lid.  That was a long time ago, but I *think* I got it at Land's End.

Yes, they make lid covers for round lids and elongated lids. Some are universal, which really aren't.
