It takes enough effort for me to make the time to just exercise (not to do a physically demanding chore, but exercise for the point of exercise). I figure I'll get the most out of my time if I just jump into it haha I know that's not correct, but if I'm crunched for time stretching just seems like a waste.
It's funny though, when I ride I religiously make sure the horses are completely loose and warm before beginning 'work', and are fully cooled down and stretched before ending our ride. When it comes to myself though? Nope, I never stretch or warm up or cool down.
