I got a nice raise last November and am hoping for something soon since I have been doing two jobs (Office Manager and Admin Assistant) worth of work since October. I can't complain, my company is about to send me to a 2 day training class for Human Resources so that's a chunk of change out of their pocket. Hopefully a raise and a REAL title change is in order for me next. My last company I was with didn't give raises out for the 3 years I was there, not even a cost of living raise.
