Do you go to your county fair? - Page 2

Our county doesn't have a fair because the county just north of us have a very popular one. The fair is so popular that there are houses on the fair grounds that people rent for the two week fair or BUY (and they only use it for 2 weeks). Seriously, these house go for $150,000 or more! Amazing, huh? Yes, we're going as a matter of fact, DD is asking that we give her "fair money" as apart of her birthday present.

We can go to the state fair, too, but that isn't until October.

That' how our county fair is too. I don't think there's an admission or at least I don't remember one. We don't do the rides either, so it's mostly just paying for yummy fair food that costs us.

Yes, it seems like we live there for the 3 days.  We used to have animals there when I was younger, so someone was always there to take care of them.

Every year DH and I say we should only go one night, but it seems like we always end up going all the time.
