The best way you knocked off 10 lbs???

Hello Everyone!

 

Last year I did Herbalife and knocked off 15lbs!!!!

It stayed off but this year those pounds found me...need to get more active!

 

Anyways.....Herbalife is a bit pricey.

What do you do to knock off those stubborn pounds.

 

I love being a stay at home mom, but it is tough to find time to exercise on a regular schedule.

Just being more active and really watching what I am eating is helping me. Do you drink soda? If you can give that up, you'll shed some pounds right there!

I agree with Shell.

 

Sure there are products that will help you loose weight temporary. But unless you change your eating habits and exercise habits (or lack of) nothing is really going to keep the weight off.

I have an extremely steep hill that drops off in my backyard, I set a timer for 10 minutes and run up and down it as many times as possible. And the kids can play out there while I'm doing it. I can endure anything for 10 minutes. It sucks, but holy crap is it effective.

I did p90x...i may have wavered a bit with a few lbs but it jump started a whole new workout life for me.

You have to eat right and make exercise a daily habit. I'm using Beachbody, it is helping me stay accountable.

The last time I lost 10 pounds, it was due to stress, and I was down to 97 lbs.  I don't recommend it as a weight loss program.
