Did you reuse baby's crib bedding?

Did you reuse your nursery decor and crib bedding for all of your kids (or more than one)?  I am kind of tired of ours, and I'd like something more modern, but I can't justify the expense, or even the effort of making something.

The only crib sheets I bought were solid colors, so they could always be reused and washed frequently without having a particular theme to them. Crib sheets are so quick to make that I usually had tons of those in different patterns, prints, or themes. Ditto with bumpers, crib skirts, blankets, etc. I found myself needing to stop myself from making those types of items. They just work up so quick and I'd get sucked into cute fabrics. I'm all about instant gratification projects haha  I didn't go all out with any particular nursery theme, although it did lean toward baby wild animal, which I find to be totally adorable and not cringe inducing after seeing it for a couple weeks in a row, it's also gender neutral.

I never had a theme I just bought sheets ( whatever I could get cheapest). They were used for everyone and for toddler beds

L got a more expensive new set being that she was the first and I was an idiot.  It was a farm set which at the time I thought was cute and neutral... and regretted the minute I brought my little girl home.  Then when we had E and it was another girl, we got a cheap girly set at target.  M used the same one and this next one will too if it's another girl.  Otherwise I'll just go get some blue sheets.  No biggie.

Since you aren't supposed to use the bumper or comforter anyway I turned the the comforter into a wall hanging. I did use the bumper in DD11 crib but she never slept in it. Literally. I did reuse the comforter on the daybed when she outgrew the pack and play. DS4 and DD3 were both in pack and plays as well. DS for about 18 mo and DD starting at about 4 months. Just did sheets. Wasn't worth the big todo for anything else.

Well we only have ds, but when I was expecting for the 2nd time (lost baby) I was going to get new, but only because the bedding we had was so stretched out.  Ds was a reflux baby and I was washing those sheets a LOT.  The elastic on the ends was shot, so I was going to get more.  I on purpose did mint green and lavender, so that I could do the colours with any sex child we had.  So if the elastic would not have been shot, I would have reused them.  But I'd probably mix up the decor a bit, maybe some new prints or something equally inexpensive.  Nothing big.

I changed to a Jungle theme for the 2nd baby.  I didn't go crazy, I got a new mobile and comforter set.  I printed out jungle animals and put them in frames.  I did reuse all the sheets, most of them were solids.

Yes. I had Classic Winnie the Pooh for both of them. I LOVE classic Pooh and went with it b/c it could work for a girl or a boy, and a lot of money was spent on that nursery (not only by us, but by my family- I wanted to make sure it was used to the fullest!)

I have used the same for all three girls, I like you just couldn't justify the expense of it.

That's what we have. I do like it, but I'd like something more modern, bright and fun.  We get to buy a new pack-and-play (used the old one in India and left it there) so I guess I'll take it out on that instead!
