Here's something fun we did to go along with the Christmas in July theme - baking and decorating sugar cookies! It worked out great, because my husband's birthday is this month and he LOVES sugar cookies. Plus, we did this on a rainy day, which meant I didn't mind turning the oven on, and it gave us something to do indoors.
You can see that I use a tray under the kids' cookies to catch all the sprinkles and mess. It makes clean-up much easier!
