Raspberry Chipotle Sauce i so yummy, and has multiple uses.
Use #1: Use it as a Raspberry Chipotle Dip when poured over a brick of cream cheese. Serve with cocktail bread or crackers.
Use #2: Use it to make a Raspberry Chipotle Salad Dressing. Mix 1/2 C. of the sauce with 1/3 C. vegetable oil and 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar. It takes great with a spinach salad topped with almonds and goat cheese.
