Do you drink Coconut Water?

I have heard that Coconut Water is good for you, so when Costco had a coupon for it last time I thought now would be a good time to try it.  So I now have 4 or so big cartons of it.  DH and I tried drinking it and it doesn't really taste very good.  If you drink it, do you mix it into something?  I need some ideas of how I can work this into my diet.

I have tried it and only like the coconut water that is with Pineapple. otherwise I do not care for it.

I have seen it, but I really don't think I would like it.  Do you know what the benefits are?

Nope, it cost an arm and a leg so I am not trying it because I might like it!

No it doesn't sound like something I would like. I enjoy plain old water with lemon just fine.

Water is good for you. Just drink that, and it's free! If you don't like it plain add lemon, cucumber, etc to it.

Maybe you could try baking with it? Cake mixes call for water, I bet chocolate with a coconut kick would be yummy.

I drink it occasionally after a long run. Several months ago my workouts were pretty intense and I began waking up in the middle of the night with severe leg cramps. My doctor said I needed to increase my potassium. She suggested I try drinking coconut water after my workout along with eating more foods high in potassium. It is not my favorite but it isn't bad either.

That is what I heard that it is good for after a workout.  I thought I would give it a try because I have been having a lot of leg aches.

Bananas are great for alleviating cramping.
