One of my things on summer bucket list this year is to snail mail a letter to a relative. I'm having Simon add hugs to the letters. Make his handprints with paint on some paper and cut them out and then attach ribbon in between that would wrap around the person. I had him put his name and date on the back of one of the hands too.
