Is summer flying by or dragging?

Do you feel like the summer vacation is flying by or dragging?

A little of both. It's gone fast but I have had so much stress ... I really just want it over so I can have the slow sane days of back-to-school. Oh wait, those don't exist either. FML. frown.gif

Flying for us.

Dragging. We don't know anyone so there is no one for DD to play with. It is hot - too hot to do much outside. When it is not hot it is raining. Money is tight so we really can't run around during the day to have fun. I'd love to take DD to the water park, to the movies, to the amusement park, etc but it isn't in the budget. Frankly, using half a tank of gas everyday really isn't in the budget either so even "free stuff" is expensive.

Flying, but I think the last month may drag a bit with soccer over ad my boys starting to get on each others nerves.

It was flying until this week when we didn't have much scheduled.  Not that it's dragging yet.  It's going at an OK pace.  The last 3 weeks of our 'vacation' are a slow torture.  We don't go back until after labor day, there are no camps or classes anywhere to be found because everyone is already back for a few weeks.
