1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 can cream of coconut
3 tablespoons light rum
2 cups whipping cream,
1 cup milk
1 big can crushed pineapple drain well
1/2 cup flaked coconut,
Mix condensed milk, cream of coconut and whipping cream together, stir in rest of ingredients and pour into ice cream freezer and follow directions on your ice cream maker
