Need a cold pasta salad recipe

We're having our annual summer BBQ this weekend & I want to make a cold pasta salad. The only recipe I have that I've made before is an asian one, and it won't really go w/ the other food we're serving (hot dogs, brats, and lamb/beef shish kafta).  So, I'm looking for a good pasta salad, cold, not heavy/creamy, w/ lots of veggies in it maybe?  I don't eat raw tomatoes, so if it calls for that, it has to be good without it. Anyone have any tried and true ones?

I like to fix macaroni salad for picnics. You can use any kind of macaroni, ranch dressing or mayo, onions, chopped carrots, chopped peppers, black olives, broccoli, relish or anything else you want in it.

I make a yummy pasta salad, but I don't really have a recipe for it. I just cook pasta (I like rotini best for it.). Add a bunch of chopped veggies of choice....I always add onion and cherry tomatoes (you should add those even if YOU don't like them because others will) and frequently broccoli, most people add black olives but since my family doesn't like those I don't....but for a pitch in I would, but really veggies of your choice. I dress it with a zesty italian dressing, and you can even get a low fat version to keep it healthier. I add quartered pepperoni to mine because my kids like it that way, but you could leave that out if you wanted. It does add quite a bit of flavor to it though. I'll shake on a bit of Mrs. Dash's seasonings or italian seasonings too.

I make a pasta salad with penne or fusilli and I add olives, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, finely chopped red onion, sometimes chopped bell pepper, either cubes of mozzarella or feta and dress it with a slightly sweet balsamic vinaigrette (so the pasta will have a darker color). Super simple, but tasty.

This is the vinaigrette recipe I use, I only add 1 tbsp of sugar since we don't like it super sweet http://www.food.com/recipe/sweet-balsamic-vinaigrette-229445

The italian dressing sort is kind of what I'm leaning towards. Pam - I already decided I could put grape or cherry tomatoes in - I can avoid them. But chopped tomatoes have a negative impact on the rest of the salad, so I'll avoid those.

I found this online, which looks to be kind of the same as what you guys were mentioning & looks pretty doable:

Supreme Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 package (16 ounces) penne, rotini or fusilli pasta
5 cups assorted vegetables, such as broccoli florets, sliced carrots, bell pepper strips, cherry tomato halves and red onion slices
1 bottle (8 ounces) Italian or ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Salad Supreme Seasoning

I'll add some feta like Liam's mom suggested too!
