I paid for two weeks of dinosaur camp back in March, well it didn't work out and we're only going for a week. They called today, I explained my sad tale and guess what, she refunded the entire week. I didn't ask, I most certainly didn't expect it ... In fact I ended up just applying it to our family membership.
