I used to have trouble with Walgreens all the time. I had actually been given the wrong medication twice. Thank goodness I called both times to verify since the pills looked different. I have no idea what they gave me. They actually ended up no longer accepting Blue Cross insurance (it's like the largest health insurance company in New England, why they won't take it is beyond me) so I finally swapped over to Target and love them. I haven't had a single problem, if manufacturers get changed and the pills are different they will show me before I pay for it, plus with the red card debit card I save 5% automatically. They've been a breeze for insurance refills and will ask me if they should contact my doctor when I'm out of refills and need to get a new prescription. I really can't say enough good things about them.
