Diane has inspired me to make tortilla soup tonight! I have a bunch of leftover chicken from dinner the other night and it sounds good right now.
I like this CP recipe and I also add black beans, homemade chicken stock instead of broth and water, and use a can of diced tomatoes with chiles instead of the separate cans. Seve with baked tortilla strips, avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, and tapatio for some extra kick.
