Does your state offer a tax free weekend?

Here it's this weekend on clothes and shoes under $100. I wish school supplies were included but they are not. I try and avoid shopping during this weekend like the plague.

ours starts tomorrow (well actually today lol) and school supplies are included.  I really hate to go but I think I'm going to be brave and do a little bit of shopping.

I braved the mall and bought fall/winter clothes for my youngest dd at Children's Place and Justice. Saved $10 in taxes, 20% at Children's place and 40% at Justice.

We don't have one because Minnesota doesn't ever have a tax on clothing.

well girls my "tax free" spending wound up costing me a small fortune!!! LOL.  I made the mistake of going to Walmart and it turned into a full fledged shopping spree of everything!! I knew I should have stayed home!! :(ROTF.gif

Not worth my time to deal with those crowds to save 8 dollars out of every 100
