I've been cooking big meals this week--R's favorites--before she heads back to school and will be cooking on her own.

I am exhausted, and I don't have to cook for anyone else, so tonight's dinner will be Guinness.

Spagetti.I have 9 people (3 of which are teens or preteens) to feed. Can't think of anything cheaper or easier. Especially since I have a baby boy who cries if I am not holding him or sitting in my chair.
