Did you find all your school supply items? What was your best deal?

I did finally find all my kids items and my best deal was elmers glue sticks for .10 each especially since I needed 20 of them sigh.

 

What about you?

I am pretty much done. I say pretty much b/c DD will probably get another supply list on back to school night (they love to do that mad.gif ). My best deal was 2 backpacks that were listed on the Mommysavers blog last year for $7.50 each or something like that- they retailed for $40 and are sturdy as heck! I bought them in anticipation of this year.

I did find a lot of $1 and .50 items but other than the backpacks- DS's laptop was a great find- it was on sale, free shipping, and tax free (bought it Friday!)

I am almost done. Just a few  more things to grab for oldest.

 

So far best deal was the glue sticks for a dime. Hoping to find great deals at Office Max and Staples for items for a nickel a piece.

I am almost done. Only thing I have left is the stupid gym uniform which is $28. Grrrrrr I got most every supply for under a dollar each, most were 50 cents.

With a $5 purchase at Staples you can get 5 packages of paper for a penny each. She let me ring up two separate transactions because there was no one in line so I was able to get 10 packages. Six of them went into the tote downstairs for next year's school supplies.
