Creative uses for French Fries?

We have a bunch of frozen French Fries in the freezer.  We are in "use-it-up" mode now, but I don't want to just serve them up as a typical side.  Does anyone have any suggestions for creative uses for French Fries besides the typical ones?

We used to make french fries with cheese on top, and serve them with lots of different dips (ketchup, fry sauce, seasoned mayo, bbq sauce etc)

We use them as a base for chili and cheese. I have also cut them up and used them as hashbrowns.

We make chili cheese fries or put some cream gravy (like the one for chicken fried steaks) over them.

I make a french fry casserole. Ground Beef, browned and drained, layer in the bottom of a casserole dish/9x13 pan add sliced onions (optional), a can of cream of celery soup (or flavor of choice), a layer of cheese slices, layered with french fries back in the oven until fries are done and cheese is melted. Yummy, my family loves this.

Smother them in onions and mushrooms.

I have never heard of that before.  Is it a southern thing?  Seems like gravy is everywhere in the south.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poutine  Loved this when we were in canada.  When  I eat bad food, I just make sure it is really bad.  :)
