Excercise diet goals week of 8/12

Any goals this week?

I plan on my usual gym time routine, today I did the Hero class whew!!

Food, I am banning myself from ANY ice-cream this week have been indulging a little more than I should....

After seeing a 18 lb weight GAIN in 10 days I am freaking out! My goal this week is 100 oz of water a day, only 1 pepsi after water is gone, 80%cacao chocolate square at night instead of a snack, take my happy pill in the morning (for added motivation) and spend at least 10 min a day exercising in some way.

Usual routine, minus strength training.  I need to take a break.

My goal this week is just to get back to it. This month has been pretty pitiful so far and last week was basically a waste. Summer is catching up with all of us and we're looking forward to school and activities starting next week. I'll do my usual bike rides and walks when I can get it in and go to the pool once by myself.

 

I am starting my 6 am wake up this week so I am adjusted when school starts. That allows me to workout before the kids are up and not be rushed. At least that's something.

I am also looking forward to getting them back to school and a routine! We had a great summer but the I'm bored phrase has kicked in big time...

My goal is to get some cardio in this week.  I'm considering slalom skiing strength training.

I have been kayaking like ... I don't know, something that kayaks a LOT. In fact my arms may fall off.

Next week, DH and I are starting the Whole30 diet. He insisted that we wait till after the fair to do this.

Summer has been horrible for me!!!! We will be getting back into the nightly workouts and I will fit back into all those snug pants by fall.

not to eat so many cookies....  lol  I have had way too many last week!
