I plan on my usual gym time routine, today I did the Hero class whew!!
Food, I am banning myself from ANY ice-cream this week have been indulging a little more than I should....
After seeing a 18 lb weight GAIN in 10 days I am freaking out! My goal this week is 100 oz of water a day, only 1 pepsi after water is gone, 80%cacao chocolate square at night instead of a snack, take my happy pill in the morning (for added motivation) and spend at least 10 min a day exercising in some way.
My goal this week is just to get back to it. This month has been pretty pitiful so far and last week was basically a waste. Summer is catching up with all of us and we're looking forward to school and activities starting next week. I'll do my usual bike rides and walks when I can get it in and go to the pool once by myself.
I am starting my 6 am wake up this week so I am adjusted when school starts. That allows me to workout before the kids are up and not be rushed. At least that's something.
