Do you sit next to him or accross the table from him?


I always sit next to dh and leave one side of the table open. I used to feel funny about this, but I don't care any more. Dh is hearing impaired and if we want to have a conversation in a noisy place he has to be close to me. Plus, I like sitting close to him smile.gif

We sit across from one another. I am left handed, hens right handed, so for us not to bump, we have to sit just right. Less steps this way.

we sit across as at home we sit next to each other.

Every DATE I've been on (dh and everyone else before him) we always ate side by side.  Since marriage, across from.  Ds usually wants to sit by me biggrin.gif
