Yogurt-Covered Blueberries - Great Freezer Snack

With a toothpick, dip a blueberry in yogurt.  Place on a cookie sheet and freeze.  Once frozen, remove and store in a ziptop freezer bag.  I used the honey almond Archer Farms yogurt from Target.  They're SO yummy!

Kim would these have to be stored in the freezer? Is this something I can send my son to school with?

Yes, they need to stay frozen. They melt quickly, so I doubt they'd make it through the morning even in an insulated container.
