do you make at home?

I love Indian food so make a lot of that at home (only one person in the family doesnt like it so he has to fend for himself then). Fried rice goes over really well at our house. Everyone likes mexican food and stir fry's too, but I haven't been making a lot of that lately.

I have taught myself to make pretty good Indian and Thai food.

I also make Chinese and Mexican, but I'm sure they are americanized.

I know *how* to make Indian food, but since I went through two pregnancies worth of morning sickness since coming home, it is just barely starting to sound good again.

We eat a LOT of mexican, though.

I make Mexican food (americanized) - Salsa, guac, refried beans, tortillas...

I make Korean food - Kimchi and ramen (wanting to learn more and have a lot of recipes)

I make Chinese food (americanized)-stir fry and fried rice (I lile to use a lot of oriental ingredients in regular recipes as well)

I make egg plant curry for Dh. The sauce is never from scratch but Trader Joe's has one he really likes.
